「Great value and location. The shuttle is not a shuttle. Asked the front desk girl about the shuttle. She was not helpful AT ALL. Did not look up from her phone. Asked her to help navigate the app so we could get the shuttle. Still did not look up from her phone. Waited a bit. Asked how to pay for the shuttle. She simply told me to download the app. I am tech savvy and could not figure out much from the app. Probaby the worst front desk experience I've had. Amazing how unwilling she was not to...
