I paid to park for our stay but they didn’t have enough parking spots. They sell their spots to people going to Disneyland for $50, so most of the spots have cones blocking them. I finally found a parking spot late at night near the front of the property that didn't have a cone. They woke me up at 7am to tell me to move my car because that spot was reserved for their employees. They were incredibly rude so I went to the front desk. The person I spoke to apologized and said they have a contract with an outside company for parking. She said she would have the hotel manager contact me, but he never did.
Also, they only have elevators on one side of the building. So if you're on the 2nd floor on the opposite side, and you need to use the elevator, you will have to walk all the way around the building which isn't easy. It's a long walk around.
The room was very small for the price. They charged us $341a night which is ridiculous. At best, for what you get, it's worth no more than $99, even in a high tourism area.
