「Staff were helpful about booking a taxi and making sure I got away OK (5.00 in the morning!) but not very helpful in carrying my luggage up three steep flights of stairs.」

「Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek.」

「Para empezar cerraron la puerta en la noche y la.persona encargada se fue y no pudimos ingresar la comida que pedimos . Al.dia siguiente el.desayuno era incluido en la tarifa y se negaron a darlo primero aludiendo que nadie les habia informado por parte de expedia. A mas de las 9 am cuando ya habiamos ido a otro lado a desayunar y listos para salir del hoteñ y despues de hacer el reclamo es que quisieron dar desayuno. Pero ta era muy tarde. La verdad que muy decepscionada con esta reserva」
