Upon arrival at the hotel around 7:30am the receptionist was very understanding and compassionate and he let us check in at that time and we were very grateful. Uyuni is a small town and the main attraction is the salt flats so don’t come here for anything else. "

" Stellar customer service is the hallmark of this property. Pablo, the owner’s nephew was the hotel manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were one of two guest rooms booked during this off season, and when I inquired about where we could find dinner, he said they could prepare some for us and what time would we like to eat? We were the only ones eating, yet he made sure he turned on the music for atmosphere. The breakfast (included with your room) was delicious....
