Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. "We reached the hotel well before our check in time but were able to get our room early. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything we had to see was walkable, including the train station, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend the hotel to any visitors to Salzburg."

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "
