"The staff was extremely helpful and lovely towards all of the guests. It was a comfortable stay. You're in a great location. The water and snacks were really thoughtful. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The only thing I would mention would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. I think it would be worth replacing the shower curtain, there were small dots of blood on the curtain. And the ceiling of the bathroom has mold. InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"The stay was good. However, it’s kind of unusual to get to the room and get out of the building. The lobby is in 70 floor. We need to get up to 70th floor to check in, and take the elevator to the room. When you are leaving the building, you have to get to 70 floor first before going down to 1st floor. "
