"Loved the smell of air freshner in there"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Contessa. The bellboy, AJ, was exceptionally courteous and informative. The hotel lobby and river-level lobby with bar (which featured live music on both evenings of my stay) were both aesthetically pleasing and immaculately maintained. The entire building exuded a delightful fragrance. The room was clean and I particularly appreciated the separate living room area from the bedroom, with a spacious bathroom conveniently located between them. On the first night,...

"Super accessible to riverwalk. No need to drive. Alamo right next door was awesome. "

"Very nice hotel in historical building. Comfortable room and great location. I did not like that they charge $45 per night to park and it was not disclosed before. I parked in a covered city garage a couple blocks away for $10 overnight. "

"Staff was friendly but they didn't explain the parking was sourced out. The valet took the key home. It was for the box where all the keys were left at the hotel. We missed our outing and they said they'd reimburse us the 117. Plus we paid but we only got a portion. "
