「Folks at check-in very friendly. Room was super clean. Plenty of exras...large containers of body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Comfy bed and pillows. Blackout curtain was a plus. One negative...the bathroom sink doesn't drain well. I'll be staying here again in few weeks and looking forward to it!」

「I had 2 situations . My room wasn’t clean after I returned from the hospital. Trash and no towels. Hair was in my tub when I first checked in and I went and bought my own supplies and cleaned my tub.I did reached out to Miss Ray and she did give me towels. I truly appreciate her for helping me out. I will not let this discourage me from coming back. I definitely will be there very soon. Thx」
