「we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat.」

「I stay at this hotel every time I come to town. I’m so grateful to the staff and everyone at this location. This hotel is clean, quiet and completely hassle free. It’s close to plenty of places to eat and easily accessible to the highway.」

「Having the best time here, the kids love it and so do I! The only thing that was an issue was the room service, my daughter and I both got sick from it. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance, and that was a big selling point for me, so that sucked! 」

「Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form. 」
