"Great hotel and the staff are very welcoming"

"Was a nice hotel and would recommend it as generally it was nice, clean, comfy & well located for the Xmas market. Downside was the aircon wasn’t working & the room was very warm and they said they would get it sorted but never did. I believe they probably don’t want to turn it on because of cost but don’t want to say! I was disappointed that for a five star hotel the hairdryer didn’t have a nozzle on the end. Small thing I know!"

"Lovely apartment, everything you need for a short break or business trip. Only slight downside is windows do shield noise from outside. "

Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B."
