Never come across such helpful and friendly staff as the the staff in this Holiday inn in Belfast, everyone so lovely and approachable, always happy to help and give great recommendations on things to do around the city. Thank you each staff who made our stay in Belfast an amazing one, especially Francine and Alice who we interacted with most. Best example of great customer service! Hotel was very clean all around, whether in the communal areas or the rooms, room service was great, very punctual and friendly. 10/10 experience in this hotel! :)

Friendly, super helpful staff. Lovely breakfast included which set us up for the day. We ate dinner here one night and it was great - really nice cocktails too! Room was clean, made up every day. Great staff & nice room. I don’t think we liked the location too much. It wasn’t within walking distance to anything, though it was across from the parking garage & train/bus.
