"Great location above Pavilion Mall. Pool a little disappointing as it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures (15m maybe). Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. Staff friendly, no pork so breakfast was a bit disappointing.. "

"Fantastic hotel - very impressed by everything - the size and spaciousness of the room, the amenities in the room, quality and selection of food, the pool, gym, spa and especially the service - so warm, responsive and professional! If you are still thinking about booking it, don’t! It is well worth it for the cost which considering the level of standard provided, it is quite reasonable when you compare it to similar hotels in other big cities around the world. And we have travelled a lot! Kudos...

"Exec lounge staff are fantastic "

"Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "

"It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been Great pool area with fab views of the towers"
