We got to the hotel at 10 a.m., and without even asking, they gave us an early check-in—no extra charge, no questions asked. On the day of our departure, they also offered us a late check-out, and even helped coordinate reliable driving services for us during our stay. That level of service is rare, and it made everything so much smoother.
The room itself was super spacious and perfect for a group. We stayed in a double queen room, and it comfortably fit four people. It never felt cramped, which is such a win when traveling with others. The location is also unbeatable just steps away from Pavilion Mall and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere.

I ordered breakfast five days out of the seven I was there, and every meal (including lunch and dinner) was fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly. It’s the best room service food I’ve ever had, hands down. Plus, it was affordable which you can’t say about most hotels of this caliber.
