"Amazing view! Lady at front desk was super sweet!"

"This is a vintage building that has been updated. The Rittenhouse Square neighborhood is wonderful, and the hotel staff was terrific. The room was comfortable and quiet. We did have some problems. The room toilet did not flush reliably and the hotel had no wash cloths. The room and halls were updated, but the desk-console was worn and nicked. Hope further improvements are made."

"Breakfast was excellent, room could have been better, shower handle was broken, USB ports didn't work, called for a blowdryer and it took 3 phone calls to front desk, 2 hrs later I finally received it. Staff was really friendly tho, front desk girl and bartender extremely nice"

"The room had a heavy disinfectant odor and there was hardly any toilet paper on the roll with no extra roll anywhere to be found. It’s a good thing I was by myself! Also, no hairdryer. Tub had staining around the drain. Bed was comfortable and valet parking was convenient."

"Great location for easy walking to Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, Center City dining choices, historic area, Chinatown, etc. L subway line from 30th St. Station to 13th St with elevator access to street level if you've got luggage is only a block or so away. Or if driving, they have valet parking or garage is right there. Federal Donuts is connected to the lobby and there's a bagel place right across the street. We didn't try the restaurant because it was very loud and boisterous...
