"I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired. "

"Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing. "

"We just returned from our stay at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale. Almost all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. The weather was perfect and the ocean was so warm So much to do and see within easy walking distances. We will most definitely return. "

"The property is the perfect balance of peaceful and fun. Naomi helped me with my room and she was so wonderful! Borris was very kind as well, they both treated me like VIP! Bunga is the example of great customer service and made my experience that much better! Manny was also great on be beach, which I highly recommend enjoying!
