"Pricey, but that's Miami. Nice rooms, efficient check-in and quiet. That was much appreciated after a long travel day. The shuttle from the aiport was right where we could find it and the driver was very gracious and efficient. "

"Mostly happy. Initially we were given a small room with an awful view which isn't what we thought we had reserved and paid handsomely for. Were given a free upgrade which helped. Everything is super clean and spanking new. The roof top pool area and bar are lovely except that the water is way too warm for swimming in. The hotel is aiming for a 'cool' vibe which verges on the cold but still attractive. Sadly 'cool' means 'house' or techno music everywhere all the time which seemed very...

"Big suites with balcony are nice , the rooms need to be renovated, the pool area and food are excellent!"

"They didn’t answer the phone when calling from the room. There’s a fridge in the room but it’s locked if you’re not buying anything out of it. Not enough chairs around the pools and can’t use the Nobu pool if you’re staying in Eden Roc. Doesn’t make sense. Nice room. "
