"We had room 423. Room was decent and clean. Bed was comfy. Our issue was that there was no lotion or body soap in dispenser. Tried calling down to front desk and was busy. Walked all the way down there. After a 5 min wait I was told to write my issue on a piece of paper and someone will attend to it which they never did. Other than that inconvenience I would recommend. Maybe short staffed I get it. But ignoring a guest issue isn’t cool "
