不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Ebony and her husband who work the front desk is absolutely rude. When we came in on Friday the pool wasn’t available but it literally says pool access. So Saturday I went downstairs and ask front desk was it open, the very kind staff told us that it hasn’t work since she worked there (which later we found out she’s been there for three weeks). She later called me said it was fixed and will open at 6pm. Took our kids down there at 6pm and was told another hour. Went down there at 7pm and the water was freezing. I called down there and Ebony said it’s open what do you me to do. I said maybe we should be accosted because we been here since yesterday with no pool and now it’s cold and the main reason we booked was to swim. She started saying she couldn’t do nothing about it so I informed her I would reach out to corporate. In the mist of this we are walking up the stairs because only one elevator works so it takes 10minutes to get in it, we come in contact with her husband who is the transport person. And he states, “be careful it’s a sex offender running around the hotel showing himself to everyone!” Remind you it’s a basketball tournament going on with ALOT of kids I mean thousands of kids who are staying at these surrounding hotels. The overall experience was absolutely horrible and I’m not one to usually complain but to be treated so terribly is crazy.
