"For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one. "

"My partner and I had a great, though too short, stay at this nice, quaint B&B in Saratoga Springs. It is family run and we felt great about supporting a local, family-run business. The breakfast was freshly made to order by the owner and another chef and it was absolutely delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The gas fireplace in the room made it cozy on a cool fall evening and the view of the street from the balcony was adorable and...
