"We like to stay at the Renaissance when we are going to a show at the Ryman because you can walk through the hotel and exit across the street from the Ryman. The hotel is connected to a shopping/restaurant complex. We love to eat at Assembly Food Hall before a show because there are so many dining choices under one roof. The hotel is a little dated. For example, there wasn’t a charging port for cell phones and only one outlet that wasn’t convenient. We received a $25 food credit that we used the...

"Good stay other then getting stuck in the elevator for awhile and red call button didn’t work so finally we was able to push doors open after good ten mins and desk help was lost on what to do .. my first question was why ain’t the fire department here or called . "
