"Difficult to park and the valet took care of us after 30 min wait "

"Great hotel conveniently located near Times Square and walking distance to many Broadway theaters. Common areas are beautiful and the guest rooms are clean and comfortable even though they are a bit small. Cleaning staff were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Grab and go breakfast was great and super fast and efficient service. The lobby is often busy and when large groups are present, elevator access can be a bit problematic. Had one staff member get angry because another staff member...

"The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing excellent guest services. Our room, 2925, had the most beautiful view of any big city hotel we have stayed in, overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and down 51st St. to the river. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and well appointed. "
