"Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel. "

"Our suite was large and comfortable, it did stay a little too warm in the room and the thermostat wouldn’t adjust below a certain point. Parking is expensive. "

"Wow, This place is special. A large Cleveland department store was completely renovated to create a mixed use space with 307 apartments and business spaces. The building is now called The May. Our apartment (which was cheaper than a hotel), was a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and sitting room including a washer and dryer and all new technology. "Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
