「The hotel is beginning to show its age. The elevators didn’t all work all of the time, there was water damage around exterior windows, things are peeling on the walls, etc. The receptionist, while admitting it was her first day, checked us in but didn’t actually give us our keys nor tell us which room we were in. 「Everything about the hotel front desk and housekeeping staff was perfect! Super helpful and kind. 「Perfect place for our families! The hosts were awesome! They communicated well and kept us informed of the weather.
