"This hotel can be summed up in two ways: 1) Old historic hotel and all the pros/cons that goes with that; and 2) Gracious service. The Pros: This is a very old hotel that had recently undergone significant renovation on the outside and common areas like the lobby. The lobby is a fun spot to enjoy a drink in the evening. "I like the space you get with this hotel. Its easy to park and walkable, yet just off the main strip. The attached living room with door to close off is nice. There was still a lot of remodeling happening when we were there. The breakfast left much to be desired. "

"We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and in downtown Forf Smith. The hotel was great, it was clean, good service and had a bar onsite. The only downside is that downtown Fort Smith is not the greatest area. But the hotel is by the convention center. "

"We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine"

Hotel needs some upgrade

"The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish "
