"Nice hotel at a very good price and in a good location close to Christmas Market, and theater district. They had our room ready when we arrived at 12:30 and let us check in early and even gave us an upgrade. They also let us leave our luggage in the room when we were checking out for an extra hour. "First time staying any Sonesta hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check in. Our room (suite king bed) was quite nice for the price, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, well working heat/ac, and a mini fridge + microwave. It was also quiet, though I'm not sure if that was due to not being crowded or genuinely quiet - either way, we appreciated it. All staff we met were superb - friendly and knowledgeable. We never used the pool, TV, or WiFi, so can't comment there, but...
