"Bathroom has an "old" feel and was not as clean as I would like upon arrival. Other than that the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator had broken down so we had to walk a ways with my elderly mother which was a bummer."

"The staff was very rude from the front desk girl that checked us all in to the bar staff who were very rude to us when we came back from the game as we were promised food til midnight by the woman who booked off our group of rooms at 1030 we were told no to food. Ended up doordashing some crappy pizza. Went to ask for a refill of my water and the guy rolled his eyes at me (after I had already bought a drink I just wanted more water) the woman at breakfast wasn't very pleasnt either. The morning...

"We were impressed, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very clean and relatively quiet. I love the suites! I love all the bathroom products too! Unfortunately, our bed was so uncomfortable, neither of us could sleep! We have another stay booked for 2 nights and hope we have a better bed! The hotel is showing some general wear but hopeful you have plans for some general upkeep. "
