「服務很好，選擇沒電梯的房型在入住也會有員工協助提行李（check out要自己搬）。小缺點是因共振導致門偶爾會有震動，會誤以為有人在開門鎖，另外一樓是餐廳，所以晚上11點之前會比較吵。除此之外一切都很不錯，推薦！」

「Everything is perfect inside the hotel with breakfast provided, room is clean and the staff is super nice. However, there is no elevator and we are living on the 3rd floor so we need to carry our luggage for 3 floors and it’s super tired. But overall it is nice with a cute balcony」

「飯店距離Venezia Master 步行約6分鐘即可抵達飯店飯店周邊很多超市吃飯也很方便入住接待人員非常親切只是飯店有點小題四人入住行李部分無法全開但其他都很加分喔～」

「I booked two nights of this hotel, but hotel took me another building in the first night, and the building is beside the dark and narrow street, that is not acceptable, but the hotel was full that night, I didn't have choice at all. Then I requested to change back to hotel another night. The overall experience is not good. 」
