"The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Overall, the property was very clean and well-maintained. The mall is only a block away, as well as many restaurants. In fact, a few are within walking distance. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was due to the vent in the bathroom. It's made of metal and made a clanking noise all night. I believe it was caused by the wind. Since I am a light sleeper, it was very annoying."

The breakfast was okay. The juice was very watered down. There was also no decaf coffee which I was a little bummed about. "

"Very nice business-type hotel. I would not suggest that people get rooms on the second floor if you want to open the blinds as the hotel is right on the street and it feels like anyone on the street is essentially in your room with you. Also the restaurant was closed (as it apparently is regularly) so there were limited dinner and breakfast options. I am not sure if the hotel makes that clear on its website or this site, but it was a surprise to me. Otherwise a very nice hotel with very friendly...
