"Our stay at Ironclad was great! From our first interaction in the Inn to our last everything exceeded our expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and private. The Inn is really somewhere between a B&B and a hotel. The bourbon room downstairs is such a wonderful time and the cocktails are fantastic. The breakfast is also delicious and the service far exceeded a standard B&B breakfast. We loved our short stay here and will be back. "

"We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. "

"We stayed at the hotel while attending an event nearby. Lisa, who manages the reception, was beyond helpful and understanding, all the details of a smooth check-in had been anticipated in advance. We had two rooms booked, and both were in a great condition: clean, spacious. The equipped kitchen was a big help in having our grandson with us. We didn't have any negative moments at the hotel at all."
