「1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. 「Great location, easy walk from Grand Central and to times square, and MSG. It was safe with great service/friendly front desk employees. A little old and outdated, and the room had like an old cologne smell. The bed and pillows were comfortable though. 」

「The front desk staff I wish I remember her name was so helpful and friendly and housekeeping staff Mona was delightful helpful and friendly. Fabulous staff working at the hotel! The hotel should consider free parking for hotel guests staying there, You should have the option if you want valet park or park your car yourself for free, valet shouldn't be the only option!」
