「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「We like the big breakfast, though it has diminished in quality from where it used to be. The only thing that sets it apart from other hotel breakfasts now is being able to have your eggs the way you want them.」

「The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas. 」

「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite.
