Natalie was working with a guest whereas English was not their primary language ... she keeps trying to help the guest while being very polite about the guest being behind and in Natalie's work area. Took the time to "get it right" and did it with a smile. Addressed my check-in as if nothing ever happened and I was her first guest of the day. A+ on Natalie's performance! "From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. The valet guy explained all the parking options. Once to the lobby you are invited by amazing front desk agents. Laroy and i think Richard.
