Downtown Dunedin 3 Stars Hotels

"It's a 3 star, so ...it was okay. It was clean and good for a night before a cruise. The website says there's a restaurant. There isn't. We walked about 8 to 10 minutes to an Olive Garden. There was nothing else nearby. The walkways were very dimly lit at night. You have to call to get an airport shuttle. Again the website says there is a regular shuttle,scheduled pick-ups. Our alarm clock worked, but the time was wrong and couldn't be changed. So, not helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent....

"The staff was kind but the hotel was way over priced because of the festival being in town. The parking was 35 a day plus tax and the room was over 425 a night. Breakfast service was complete by 9:00 am. The hotel is clean. "

"Stayed at this resort for one night. I liked it a lot, but I did not like my room. Since I booked at the last minute I wasn’t able to pick and choose so I got a standard room. It seriously needs upgrades to the bathroom and floors. Floors were nasty and the restroom wasn’t all that clean either. Shower had hair in it and I was grossed out. I will stay again, but I will definitely be in an upgraded room. I wasn’t very comfortable with where I slept. "

"Room was ok. Large bathroom and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and front desk staff are fantastic. Room could use a comfortable chair and a little more lighting . Hotel is older and could use some updating. Overall comfortable stay. "

"We have a king suite with balcony facing the beach. Room 603. Very nice view and could see pool also. Good looking hotel, friendly staff. Please put some towels in the workout area."
