「Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again. 」

「The carpet is very dirty—you can clearly see the dust with the naked eye. As for the breakfast, the potatoes were not crispy and tasted old. I expected better quality based on the reviews. Lastly, the bathroom also appears quite old and worn.」

「Very nice staff. I was given a quiet room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There were some maintenance issues to be fixed during upcoming remodel. Good price.」

「Older property so not the most modern or in perfect condition. But it’s perfectly fine and the location/area is great for any downtown activities 」
