First, will say the staff was really nice and understanding of my feedback. They were also very accommodating. They mentioned there is a new owner who will be doing a $70M Reno beginning in the spring of 2025. The property has a lot of potential if there was some TLC.
However, I think this is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed at. There was questionable stains on the couch so we turned the cushions over, and put a towel on it before sitting on it. The remote had crusted grime between the buttons, and didn’t work. The orange carpet was so dirty it got your socks and feet dirty. Grime in the corners of the bathroom and piles of dried bird poop on the patio. The outside lighting is poor and dim.
There are 3 pool areas. The one with the lazy river is nice, but the lazy river is not heated, the slide was never open. This pool area closes at 6:00. The other two pools by the rooms were nice and heated and close at 10:00. The pool bars are limited and the food was cold. There is one resturant by the lazy river, but I can’t give feedback on the quality, we didn’t eat there.
Overall, as the hotel is now, I cannot recommend to anyone, nor will we go back.
