"Once I booked, I thought we were able to access the water park without extra fees. We were only able to enjoy it for one day since we had plans for other things during our stay. Yet I had to pay for the each day to access the water park wether we went or not. "

"Not too happy about the resort fee upon check-in for an overnight stay when it was supposed to have been part of the fee I already paid. I also had to put down a deposit that would be credited back in a few days. "

"The staff was very pleasant and professional. The rooms are outdated and there is an unpleasant smell when you walk in at first and throughout the halls. The outside facility could use some help on appearance. I was better off booking at an INN, there isn’t complimentary breakfast included and I booked through Orbitz the price I was quoted to pay at the hotel was not the price when I checked in so if there was something listed in the fine print they make it hard to understand in the reservation...
