"I thought the location and proximity to the beach were great! The rooms and the carpets do need a cleaning or even an update as they are dated and dirty."

"The resort is well maintained and has great amenities, but housekeeping in our hotel room during our stay was terrible. Despite specifically requesting full housekeeping, which we were led to understand was required to be requested, they never took wet towels and replaced them, never changed bed linens or even made the beds, and never took the trash. We had to ask for fresh towels at the desk every day, and finally left our trash bags in the hallway for them before they removed it."

"The location was perfect. They had chairs and umbrellas for the beach but the distribution process was haphazard. The AC in my room was so noisy I thought someone was drilling outside my window. The staff was not helpful at all. I understand this is a new hotel but the staff needs to be better trained to actually be helpful and pleasant."
