「Overall good hotel - friendly and helpful staff and room was good for a two night stay. Only complaint is hearing what I would assume be kids running in the hallway making noise close to midnight while I was trying to sleep. But I appreciate the staff putting up notices saying not to run in the hallways and other disruptive things after 9pm. Other than that I would stay there again and recommend to others. 」

「We got a free upgrade to stay at their other property, Coast, due to open availability during the off season. They were very kind to offer this and Coast is an amazing hotel! It was beautiful, and even closer to the Boardwalk than Crosswinds. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Parking was easy in the garage. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect for couples. Had a lovely time! 」

「This property was well maintained and conveniently located within walking distance to the running event that I was there for. The staff was very accommodating for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival they even moved their complimentary breakfast up from 7:30am to 6am so that the runners could have breakfast before their run. 「Nice bright interior on an older hotel with completely revamped rooms. The separate bedroom was a definite plus. We had a "city view" which was nothing spectacular, but we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.」

「The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the wood floors and no carpet. Makes such a difference! We ordered breakfast off the menu which was included in the price. Great location near the water and shops and restaurants. Check out Blue Hen for dinner and Coffee Mill for excellent coffee. Can’t wait to come back! Complimentary parking was a nice perk as well!」
