"We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, during the parade, all the staff were welcoming, calm and helpful. They did not seem ruffled at all by the amount of guests in their lobby. It really made...

"Location is ideal for a trip to Philly. Room was clean and up to date. I arrived late and staff was accommodating, parking was $25 and convenient so worth it. I was starving, upon my late (10pm) arrival and unfortunately the hotel restaurant and bar were closed! Very disappointing on a thursday night and long trip! Even more disappointing was there weren’t any food or drink locations open in this Side of the bridge! May deter me in the future. "

"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."

"the heating unit in the bed area blew cold air all night even when I turned the thermostat off . the shower gasket was missing a piece which soaked the bathroom floor. Liked the room and amenities, but these are important details!"
