"The check-in was not good. She could not find our reservation and it took her FOREVER to finally figure it out. The elevator was out of service one day. We were close to an exit and the shutting of the door was VERY loud and closed often. Our reservation was made 6 months in advance and prepaid. You would think we could have had a quieter room. "

"This hotel was nice for a two night stay. The front desk staff was very nice, and we appreciated the cookies and water at check-in. Everything we needed was there. Convenient location. We have stayed here several times, and it meets our needs. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional. "

"Older hotel in desperate need of updates. Seems short staffed and the nice ladies working the desk appear to be overwhelmed without help. The pull out coach mattresses need to be replaced terribly. They were replacing all of the bed mattresses while we were there, which we weren’t sure was being done as an investment or because of other reasons such as a pest issue. There is one elevator and it’s slow. Breakfast gave a good offering for the mornings. "
