"Perry was so helpful at check-in! We didn’t realize that we would have to drag our big cooler up to the 4th floor since there is no elevator. It was actually Perry that took it up for us and helped us find parking. We love staying in a charming place like Hotel Royal in the French Quarter especially love the cozy courtyard. It would be helpful to know about the narrow flights of stairs when being assigned a room. We would have planned our packing differently. We would consider staying there...

"I stayed here for a night just before an early morning flight. The late check-in process was easy, and after informing the front desk that I would need the shuttle in the morning, I was told to be there approximately 10 minutes before the top of the hour. Entering my room, I noticed a slight odor that I fairly quickly went nose blind to, but it was initially off-putting.
