"The hotel was clean and updated. The check-in process was easy and efficient. The flooring was hardwood and they had clean odor free dog-friendly bedrooms. The breakfast was free and the pillows were very comfortable. They had a pool and play room for kids, were very close to the iron mountain hotsprings and had a shuttle picking people up for skiing at sunlight mountain resort. My only issues were that it was hard to reach the front desk by phone and the room that I booked had a door to an...

"We had a great time. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. Hot tub and steam room were great after a day of skiing. The outside building is old and no elevator to carry bags up."

"Lovely updated building. Nice fireplaces in the rooms. Good price for a basic room. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Only thing is with being an old building which has been upgraded, it is no where near sound proof - you can hear everything around you in great detail. I had earplugs for sleeping and all was good. I did love that the sink could fill our water bottles - most hotel sinks don’t fit a bottle. Perfect when you have little athletes in town for a tournament. "

"Always a nice place to stay in Canmore. The water slide is a bit hit. Unfortunately the pool was emptied out so the kids missed out this time. Rooms could use some extra cleaning on the floor, behind tables, bed etc "
