"My niece stayed here one night on a weekend night in a king Jacuzzi room and it was very relaxing and clean after a day of walking and riding rides at Carowinds all day. As soon as you walk in, you get the smell of refreshment and clean air. The front desk gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. It was also a quick check in. "Was super convenient to the airport and shuttle Service was spot on. Only thing didn't appreciate was one staff member was not polite at all for whatever reason. Im a believer if you work with the public a smile, thank you or you welcome goes a long way. "
