"We always stay here when visiting our daughter at UC. It's a very convenient location and parking is easy (we just found out there is actually a garage underneath the surface lot). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Look like they are doing a renovation which will be nice as it is a bit tired looking, but still in good shape and clean."

"Our room looked like an older room but it was clean. The refillable shampoo and body wash were low so it was a good thing we always bring our own. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good for a typical continental spread. "

The employee very rudely said "Your reservation was almost canceled, Your card declined." She also said this very loudly in a room full of people. I showed her my reservation said pay at property and she said it isn't their fault I used a third party to book. Then, told me there was a $150 security deposit.
