"Incredibly friendly staff and always available to answer any questions and help out with things. Room was perfect for myself alone, the one issue being that water leaked out of the pipe going towards the shower head but that isn’t any reason to drop down any stars."

"My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. "The hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast outstanding. I do not recommend the twin room with detached bathroom. The bathroom is actually across the hall and the sink and toilet area extremely cramped. It was just a hassle all around. Get a larger room with bath inside. "

"Trying to be both a hostel and a hotel and mostly succeeding but misses a few obvious things that usually come with hostels like a laundry service and somewhere to lock valuables - had no choice but to sleep with mine under my pillow. Also no way to drop off the key when i left at 8am. Minor things all in all because location is great and hostel room was comfortable! great option for the price, very easy to get to and from airport "
