Beautiful hotel Easy to walk , take a bus or boat around the city . Lots of shops and good restaurants Restaurants in the hotel and bar are t. Den Gyldene Freden, founded in 1722 is the oldest restaurant in Sweden and one of the oldest in the world Delicious, food such as , Swedish, meatballs and salmon .

What a beautiful hotel overlooking the palace. We had a view of the water and it was stunning. Had lunch at Grand Soleil outside on the patio. Excellent food! Nightcaps in the bar overlooking the water also nice. Location was great - walking distance to museums, restaurants, shopping and old Stockholm.

Probably the best hotel and location in Stockholm . Staff were outstanding. The rooms were good and promptness of service was excellent. The windows on top floors are small so suggest lower floors for views. The elevators are small also making moving luggage for a larger family a bit cumbersome. Overall a nice stay and recommend it most highly.
