"Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference."
