「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」

「The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The beachfront was nice but rocky so bring water shoes. The pool is fantastic. Restaurant offered decent selection and the bar had a good selection too. 」

「The resort is really lovely, the services included are valuable, the staff is polite and helpful. 「The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. 」
