「For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. There are three off-street parking spaces for the condo complex but they weren't always available. You have to be sure to pay for street parking at the pay booths or they will put a boot on your car. 「I love the place. The hotel is in the heart of 5th ave . Very convenient to walk, to the beach, ferry and shops. The staff was very helpful and communicative. 「This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. 「位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。」

「The fives es un hotel de conveniencia. Con una cercanía a la quinta avenida pero con el plus de no captar el ruido, es tranquilo, se disfruta y se descansa. La habitación super limpia, la cama deliciosa. Tienes una parada de taxis justo al lado. Personal sumamente amable, en especial los delos restaurantes. 「Really nice place. Didn’t have some of the amenities we were counting on such as laundry and room service, but had laundry place and a few restaurants near by. Staff was super nice and helpful. 「I loved the hotel in the day time but evening it’s too noisy because of a bar near by till 2 or 3 am . They also charge for an other person to stay in a a room made for two so it’s quiet strange to me as I never experience it before . "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
