「This is a very nice property. We stayed 4/2025 and it is a newer property. They have controlled parking across the street. We did not bring a pet, but noticed a number of people did and it appeared to be very pet friendly. The continental breakfast was the standard breakfast, but was a well kept area. Room was very comfortable.」

「Property was close for shopping which is why we stayed there. Lots of dining close by.」

「It is being renovated but was still a quiet area. I am sure there are some upgrades coming to rooms! Comfy bed and good light blocking curtains. 」

「My studio was really nice. Big and warm (during cold days), with a nice view. Bed was great, the shower too. The only thing I'd improve is breakfast, maybe offering more fruit and/or cheese.」

「I thought the hotel property was very nice plus the location was amazing being so close to the restaurants and shops. I'm from Iowa City so it was nice to be able to stay somewhere familiar. The pool/pool area was a little small but the hot tub was great and my kids did enjoy the pool. Breakfast had a lot of options but was very busy. Our room was perfect for the 6 of us and even had room for a few friends to hang out since we were celebrating birthdays.」
